Managing Responses in MakeForms
MakeForms provides an extensive system for managing responses. There are two entry points available for accessing the responses to your form.
1. The initial method to access responses is by clicking on the submission count displayed beneath your form name.
2. The alternative method to access responses is by clicking on the responses icon.
3. MakeForms presents three distinct views for visualizing your data:
- Inbox View
- BI (Business Intelligence) View
- Summary View
Upon clicking the submissions count or the responses icon, you will be directed to the Inbox View by default. At the top, two buttons labeled “BI View” and “Summary View” are provided, allowing for seamless navigation to the respective views.
