Loewe Campaign Autumn/Winter 2011 / 2012: Would The Gloomy Is Cool?

The Spanish firm Loewe, It has left us to see a preview of its new campaign for autumn-winter 2011 / 2012. The top-starring Maria Carla Boscono, model no longer indifferent to anyone and less if posa so mysterious with just a couple of bags covering their whitish skin. Maria Carla is one of those faces that you remain in the retina, all a chameleon which in this case has left us with its more morbid image under a very oriental aesthetics.

Behind the camera, the couple of photographers, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, specialists in creating delicious aesthetic and skin glowing, which have gotten Maria Carla enhancing its thinness, or which have brought the goddess of ebony on Givenchy this year, much more juicy and appetizing.

A perfect team that has achieved a result somewhat anti-aesthetic: Loewe, our most international firm on the one hand; Mert and Marcus, successful couple of photographers which exist and the model with a weak and defiant image at the same time.

What do you think? Do you think a success of the firm?
